Sure thing, let me dive right into it.

So, Ra Ra Boom is officially up for grabs on Xbox Series X|S. I’m kind of thrilled for you—really—because this game? The team at Gylee Games poured a ton of sweat and love into it. Check it out and feel the vibe.
Alright, let’s jam about some baddies you’ll be smashin’. Dive with me into the minds behind three fave enemies in Ra Ra Boom.
When we decided to toss lanes into the mix, it opened up this crazy playground for battles. You wouldn’t believe how it spices things up.
### The Brute
First on our list, The Brute—this beast pays homage to our favorite amusement park ride. (Yeah, we’re theme park nerds, whatever.) Picture train tracks as your battlefield lanes. Pretty wild, huh? This guy morphs into a coaster cart, which makes boss fights a circus of chaos.
In Brute form, he pounces. Get your reflexes ready—those tells before he jumps are no joke. Oh, then he chomps! (Didn’t see that coming, did ya?) He even turns into multiple coaster carts. Dodge if you dare, or go all-in with ranged attacks. Different phases, player options—it all clicks together.
### Martin
Martin—our last-minute creation, born in the Arcade realm. We needed players doing jumping attacks. Let’s face it, floating enemies in beat ‘em ups? Usually a nightmare to fight. We made a floating foe, battled our frustration, scrapped it, and went back to the drawing board.
At the finish line, we finally cracked it: holographic legs grounding the enemy. Goofy toddler robot on big legs—it’s as ridiculous as it sounds. But, it works.
### Bruce
Bruce. Oh man, Bruce was a nightmare to perfect. Endless iterations to fine-tune the fun. It’s a chase scene—motion sickness was enemy number one. Weeks, no joke, spent on tweaking the background just so I didn’t hurl while playing. Next, judges at GDEX and PAX agreed—with polite smiles—that it was too straight-up boring.
Enter Eugene. This anxiety-ridden robot runs alongside you. Initially, exploding Eugene attacked Bruce. Still not quite there. Eventually, slowing down the chase, giving players more control—it became something awesome. Attack phases nailed it, and Bruce made his grand entrance.
