Hey, so, there’s this new wrestling game coming up—WWE and Nintendo are teaming up again, right? Feels like it’s been forever since we saw them together. I remember some dud game back in the day. Anyway, here we go!
So, they’re releasing WWE 2K25 for the new Switch 2. You can preorder it now—they started earlier today, actually—just putting it out there. Goes live on July 23. You got three choices: the basic one’s $69.99 (which is already a bit steep if you ask me), the “Deadman” version for $99.99—yep, because Undertaker’s still, you know, legendary? And then there’s the big “Bloodline” edition at $129.99. Roman Reigns in all his Akuma-ish glory or whatever, plus that whole faction biz. Dominated the scene for years now, haven’t they?
Oh, and they’re packing it with over 300 wrestlers! You imagine that crowd on a tiny screen? The three brands: Raw, Smackdown, NXT. And there’s this new “Island” mode. What’s that about? Taking a vacation mid-match? No clue, but yeah, that’s the scoop. I mean, who knows if it’ll be any good, but fingers crossed it’s not a repeat of December to Dismember, y’know?
