Hey, so, there’s this game called Bridge Constructor Studio—finally out on PC VR, PlayStation VR, and the PS VR2 now. Don’t ask me why, but it’s something I can’t stop thinking about. Maybe it’s the chaos of smashing bridges or—actually, I’m not sure.
So, ClockStone Studio made it. They also did LEGO Bricktales, which, if you’re into that kinda thing, you might find interesting. Headup published it. Fun fact: It first showed up on Quest back in December. Felt like it was hiding or something. Or maybe I’m just imagining that. Anyway—oh, right, it’s now on all major screens with VR on PC and PlayStation, too. Apparently, it’s the first VR bit in this manic bridge-building realm they’ve been working on since, like, 2011? Feels like a lifetime ago.
The game? It’s a 70-puzzle ride where you get to mess around with these 3D little worlds. You’re building stuff, testing it out with cars, and trucks and—okay, random thought—has anyone ever tried using a pizza delivery van in a game? Well, they do here. You’ve got materials like wood, steel, and whatever else they’d let you use. No budget cap, can you believe that? Spend away! But hey, sticking to a budget could score you some shiny rewards. Not my style, but hey, to each their own.
Five biomes are your playground: snowy canyons and valleys, all that jazz. Oh! And five profile slots. So convenient if someone wants to mess up their game, not yours. Not that I’m sharing mine. No way.
Available everywhere, really. Steam, GOG, EGS, PlayStation, and go grab it on Meta Quest if you’re keen. Oh, and mixed reality’s just for Quest 3. Mystery solved, I guess. Or is it?
