Sure, here’s a messy human-like version of the article:

So, I stumbled across something kinda interesting today. Resolution Games dropped a clip. Yeah, the first one, showing off this new Dungeons & Dragons twist on that game Demeo. You know Demeo, right? If you don’t, well, it’s a VR-supported tabletop action RPG thingy that’s pretty popular. Anyway! This new thing’s called Demeo x DUNGEONS & DRAGONS: Battlemarked. Quite the mouthful, huh?
So apparently, they announced it back in January. I might’ve missed the memo. But now they’ve finally given us a peek at what’s going on. Monsters, dungeons, the works! Looks a lot like Demeo. Up to four players diving into all this chaos together. I kinda love that group madness.
And check this out—I never noticed this before, but maybe it’s because the coffee today was extra strong (yeah, super jittery), but the gameplay… it looks like you’re back in that same Demeo groove. If it ain’t broke, right? You get the same dice and it’s still about turn-based battles. You move on these little grids, and the dice decide if you hit or miss. Pray for the swords, avoid the skulls. Pretty straightforward.
But here’s something neat: you got action cards too. They shuffle up your attacks and defenses. Kinda feels like magic, in a nerdy way. And this thing? Oh, it’s both VR and also normal screens. They call it flatscreen, which sounds boring to me, but whatever. Steam, PS5, the whole shebang.
And, ah, there’s more! It gets better—or worse, depending on your patience—this Battlemarked gig is gonna hit VR platforms like Quest 3, PlayStation VR 2, and all that. Y’know, late 2025. Is it just me, or does that sound like a faraway future date straight outta sci-fi movies? Or maybe not. I dunno anymore.
But wait—before I lose my thought thread here, they’re also bringing in this dude Matt Sernett. Wrote for Baldur’s Gate. Does that name ring a bell? If not, don’t worry—just know he’s got some fantasy cred. They’re promising all this D&D lore and magic in their world. Should be wild, right?
And last thing—before this post turns into an essay—you can wishlist it. On all sorts of platforms. Maybe take a peek, maybe not. Up to you. Anyway. That’s it for now. Gonna dive back into whatever chaotic task I was doing before. Cheers!
