Hey there! Konami just announced it’ll be streaming a special event later this week to give us a good look at Silent Hill f, a game daring enough to break the rules by ditching capital letters.
Lately, we’ve had some exciting updates from the Silent Hill universe, like the impressive Silent Hill 2 Remake, thanks to the partnership between Konami and Bloober Team. However, it’s been a while since we had a fresh mainline entry. That’s where Silent Hill f comes in, ready to fill that eerie void we’ve been feeling.
Just so you have it on your calendar, this Silent Hill event is set for March 13 at 10 PM GMT, or if you’re in the U.S., that’s 3 PM PDT/6 PM ET. We’ll update this article with a link to the livestream as soon as it’s up, but the safest bet is to check it out on the official Silent Hill YouTube channel.
What can you expect from this transmission? According to Konami, “This Transmission will uncover SILENT HILL f,” and game director Al Yang chimed in with, “Excited to finally be able to share what we’ve been cooking.”
If you need a little reminder, Silent Hill f was first revealed during another Silent Hill stream back in 2022, along with the Silent Hill 2 Remake. It’s being developed by Neobards Entertainment, and the story is penned by Ryukishi07—the mastermind behind the When They Cry visual novels.
Our resident Silent Hill aficionado, Kelsey, mentioned that the original teaser, which showcased a haunting flower hat, looked “rather fascinating and stylized.” If spine-tingling horror is your thing, you’ll definitely want to keep this showcase on your radar.
What are you hoping to see from Silent Hill f? We’d love to hear your thoughts, so feel free to share them below!
